How many guests can stay at Casa Cabopino Retreat?
Casa Cabopino Retreat sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a 160 × 200 cm double bed. The master bedroom has a 180 × 200 cm bed that can also be made up as two separate 90 × 200 cm beds, so the house works for couples and for friends travelling together.
Is the rooftop jacuzzi private and heated year-round?
Yes. The roof terrace and its heated jacuzzi are completely private and used only by guests staying in the house. The jacuzzi is heated all year, so the rooftop is part of the stay in November just as much as in July.
Is there a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor?
Yes. One double bedroom and one full bathroom are on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the first floor. Worth knowing before you book: the house is arranged over several levels, and the private roof terrace and jacuzzi are reached by stairs.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. Guests can use the shared outdoor pool of the residential community, surrounded by white Mediterranean houses and palms. The pool is open all year; its hours are set by the community rather than by us.
Does the house have air conditioning and heating?
Yes. All three bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning that both cools and heats, so the house stays comfortable in high summer and in the cooler months.
Is there Wi-Fi and somewhere to work?
Yes. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house and a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom, with a desk, a chair and an external monitor. It makes the house practical for a longer stay, or for a few working days between beach days.
What is provided in the house?
Bed linen and towels are provided, along with beach towels, two portable sun loungers and parasols for days at the pool or the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, wine cooler and Nespresso machine.

How far is the house from Cabopino Beach?
Playa de Cabopino and Cabopino Marina are approximately 6 minutes away by car, or around 30 minutes on foot. The protected Dunas de Artola, a stretch of dunes and coastal path, are also approximately 6 minutes by car.
How close are the golf courses, Marbella Old Town, Puerto Banús and Málaga Airport?
Santa María Golf is approximately 6 minutes by car and Cabopino Golf Marbella around 8 minutes. Marbella Old Town and Puerto Banús are both approximately 20 minutes by car. Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is 30 to 35 minutes away, depending on traffic.
Do I need a car during my stay?
A car is not essential, but we recommend one for the most comfortable stay. The beach and the marina are walkable. A car makes the rest effortless: the golf courses, Marbella East, Marbella Old Town, Puerto Banús and the wider Costa del Sol are all within an easy drive.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is a private parking space directly beside the house, and free street parking nearby.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 14:00 and 23:00, and check-out is before 11:00. Javier welcomes you at the house in person and hands over the keys. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible depending on availability; just ask in advance, and any conditions or costs are confirmed beforehand.
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not permitted.
Are there any other house rules?
The house sits in a quiet residential community, so we ask guests to be mindful of the neighbours. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and parties and events are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay in the house.
How do I book Casa Cabopino Retreat?
Bookings currently run through Airbnb, where you can check availability and reserve instantly. Direct booking is opening soon, at the best rate and with no booking fees. The house is registered with the Junta de Andalucía under tourist licence VFT/MA/52425.
